Nokia 5140i
The new Nokia 5140i is an upgrade to the popular 5140 with some great new features and improved software.
Firstly, the Nokia 5140i boasts a 65,536 colour screen and now offers Nokia's audio messaginf facility allowing you to send messages without even typing!
Other features include a built-in Fitness coach, enhanced PTT and new MP3 ringtones.
The Nokia 5140i is a phone you can take with you wherever you go without worrying about dropping, smashing or splashing it - great for outdoor pursuits, sports and work.
Nokia must have concluded that the last 5140 was the preferred model of sports men and women because they have now included a Fitness Coach function meaning allowing you to record and plan your activities before sending training information via SMS to your training friends plus with new Sports Themes, you can personlise the 5140i with sporting wallpapers and screen savers and even sports orientated MP3 ringtones.
The Nokia 5140i also offers an integrated camera for capturing still pictures and video clips, a built-in stereo FM radio which can be used as the alarm clock, Push To Talk (PTT) for instant communication either one to one or one to many, Flashlight, Compass, Thermometer, Stopwatch and Countdown timer.
The Nokia 5140i is about communication convenience - if you're working out at the gym you could simply record a quick voice message and send it direct to friends, select a group or friend to talk with instantly by pressing the PTT button or jog to your heart's content whilst listening to the built in FM radio.
